CU-Boulder dining halls to offer more organic food
By 2015, CU's Dining Services plans to have 25 percent of its food offerings be organic; 25 percent natural and 25 percent locally grown. Currently, about 10 percent of the food is organic, 15 percent is natural and less than five percent comes from local farms, according to Dining Services.
